On Monday the 12th of May. Mr Marquand said he'd gone fishing and caught an undersized fish but he said he kept it so we could have a play with it but it turned out to be an 84 cm Snapper that he'd got from Fish City.
It turned out to be 12 kg (really heavy). For our experiment first we had to estimate how much the fish weighs, I estimated 10.5 kilos. Mr Marquand weighed it afterwards and it weighed 12 kilos. Then we had to estimate its length, I guessed 95 cm but it was 84.
Overall I enjoyed it plus I like science more now. But the fish really stank.

Self Portraits
In term 1 we had to do self portraits of ourselves. Easier said than done, first we had to get half a picture of our face and symetrically draw the rest. I think my mouth is really good and my hair and nose. My most challenging parts of my face I had to draw was probably my eyes and ears. Next time I will do more shading on my shirt and cheek. Overall I really enjoyed it.
