Ag Day 2013
Yesterday was the 16th of October 2013. It was my Birthday and Ag day.It was a wednesday morning and it was slightly drizzling.Yesterday was calf club witch was being held at Te Pahu School. At about 9:30 cars filled the paddocks out side school grounds and students and parents turned up with their animal or creation.
Their were Goats, Calves and Lambs all over the back field preforming and being brushed and showed off. I did alternative challenges and made a stump design for the school. There were rearing, leading and beef or dairy type for the calves. Most odvious pet, leadind and rearing for the lambs. But im not shure about the goats.
I ended up getting first for my stump design, I was quite proud of it actually. For the rest of the day I was a runner for the school. All day I was sprinting past the judges dressed in white. Overall I enjoyed ag day and thanks to the PTA, Parents and teachers for supporting us.
